Delivery times are between 9:00 AM – 4:40 PM M-F.
Materials need to arrive at Convention Makers advance warehouse 3 – 10 days prior to show. If this target can’t be met, you company may be charged additional fees.
Simply pack up (tape and secure) your materials, label your boxes with outbound address, fill out and attach your shipping label. Leave your materials in your booth. They will be picked up for your carrier and shipped.

Vendor exhibitor set up is scheduled for March 10, 2025 from 8:00 Am – 5:00 PM in room location: Kensington DEFG.
Exhibit Hall will be Open 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on March 10, 2025.
