Bernard Clement is among the world’s experts in global HVAC and Controls strategy, having lived in, learned, and worked on three continents (North America, Europe, APAC), across his 25+ year career at Johnson Controls.

Bernard’s areas of expertise include market strategy, new product launches, sales enablement, and advanced HVAC applications involving new technologies. Bernard has a Master’s of Science equivalent from a leading Engineering school in France, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts & Métiers – Paris Tech; as well as an MBA in Finance from Marquette University.

Bernard is a member of the International Code Council Pandemic Task Force, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the American Society for Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).

Bernard is working closely with IWBI being a WELL AP, Advisor for Air concept and WELL Faculty.

A native of France, Bernard is fluent in English, French, and Italian. He is currently based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mike is a Metasys Controls Sales Support Manager and subject matter expert for Johnson Controls. He brings 25 plus years of engineering and sales experience.

As a senior business developer and channel management professional, Mike has focused his sales career on controls, industrial and building automation, and energy management. He has held leadership positions as a Senior Engineer, Sales Director, and Account Business Developer.

For 10+ years, Mike has been with the JCI Metasys products account management team which promotes JCI future smart BAS, allowing users to easily navigate buildings and spaces from any mobile device. Metasys delivers deep building insight and analytics technology to help energy managers run their buildings in the most efficient manner possible.

Mike is a three-time Master of Sales Excellence Award winner, and multi-year Merit Award winner. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
